On top of the coat of arms is the monogram of Emperor Nicholas II under the crown. On the horizontal beams, the dates are 1769 and 1869. On the vertical rays of the monogram of the Empress Catherine II and Emperor Alexander II under the crowns. The sign is prefabricated, two-level. Extremely rare.
