The Konstantinovsky artillery school was a military educational institution of the Russian Imperial army that trained artillery officers, located in the city of Saint Petersburg at 17 Moskovsky Prospekt.

Vladimir Anatolyevich Reinbot is the brother of Major General A. A. Reinbot (Rezvoy). He was educated in the 1st Cadet Corps. He joined the service on 31.08.1889. He graduated from the Mikhailovsky Artillery School. Released as a Sub-lieutenant (art. 10.08.1890) in the 37th Artillery Brigade. The Lieutenant (V. 10.08.1894). Staff Captain (st. 13.07.1897). Junior officer of the Konstantinovsky Art School (7 l. 8 m.). Staff Captain of the Guards (st. 13.07.1901). Commander of the semi-battery of the Konstantinovsky Art School (1 g. 6 m.). Captain of the guards (art. 13.07.1905). Renamed Lieutenant Colonels (article 13.07.1905). He graduated from the Officer art School "successfully". He commanded a battery (3 years). Ml. head of the Officer Art. school (from 17.02.1913). Colonel (pr. 1913; article 05.10.1913; for distinction). Participant of the World War. On 05.04.1915 in the same rank commander of the 2nd division of the 48th artillery Brigade. He changed his name to Frisky. In 1915, as part of the 48th Artillery Brigade. 22.04 (05.05).1915 in the battle of M. Dukla, where the 48th peh. the division of Gen. L. G. Kornilov was surrounded by the enemy, was shell-shocked and was captured. A member of the White Movement as part of the VSUYUR (?). In 1921, he arrived in Belgium via Constantinople. In the summer of 1936, he headed the Union of Russian Military Invalids in Belgium. He died in Brussels. He was buried in Saint-Genevieve de Bois.

Anatoly Inatolyevich Reinbot (Rezvoy) - graduated from the Alexander Cadet Corps (1885) and the Mikhailovsky Artillery School (1888), from where he was released as a second lieutenant in the 37th Artillery Brigade. Later he was transferred to the Guards. Ranks: lieutenant (1890), lieutenant of the Guards (1890), lieutenant (1894), staff captain (1895), captain (1900), lieutenant Colonel (1903), Colonel (1904), Major General with enlistment in the Retinue (1906). Graduated from the Nikolaev academy of the general staff on the 1st category. On May 13, 1901, he was appointed chief officer for special assignments in the Office of the Finnish Governor-General with enlistment in the Guards foot artillery. On January 9, 1903, he was appointed Land's secretary of the Nyland province, and repeatedly corrected the position of the Nyland governor. On August 11, 1905, he was appointed a staff officer of the V class under the Finnish Governor-General. From November 6, 1905 to January 7, 1906, he served as the Kazan governor. On January 7, 1906, he was appointed Moscow mayor with the promotion to Major General.
