Breast anniversary sign. It is founded in honor of 100-year anniversary of troops for military chiefs and ranks of local infantry brigades and teams. A silver wreath from laurel and oak branches under a gold Imperial crown. Below the wreath is tied by a silver tape on which two gold letters: "M of V.". The silver two-headed eagle under a gold crown is imposed on a wreath, on the parties from him anniversaries are put: "1811-1911". On a breast of an eagle a board with a gold letter "With", and on wings gold a monogram of Emperors Alexander I and Nicholas II. I rushed on the right side of a breast.
