The badge has the shape of the cross of the Order of Virtuti Militari with a laurel wreath in the center. Inside the wreath there is a medallion with the monogram of Nicholas II. Around the wreath there is a white ribbon with the names of the regiments in seniority "2nd and 4th Naval Regiments" and 90 p. ONEGA. and dates 1803-1903.
84 sterling silver, gilding, hot enamel. Size 31 * 31 mm. Weight 8.7 grams. Composite sign. Name of the master "IK". Pin fastening.
