Russian Empire. The sign of the Order of St. Anna of the 3rd degree in gold. End the 19th beginning of the 20th century. (till 1908) years. On the lower beam a brand of a workshop of A. Keybel - the supplier of the Imperial yard of "joint stock company", on top the coat of arms of the Russian Empire, on an ear an assay oval brand of 56 gold with a female head and Greek "alpha". The imperial award of St Ann was founded in 1735 as a dynastic award of the Duchy of Golshtinsky (Golshtiniya. or Golstein — the former duchy in Sowing. Germany, between Eyder, Elba, the Grass, German and Baltic by seas). In the state system of awards of Russia it appeared much later. It happened in 1797 according to the decision of the emperor Paul I. The award encouraged officials and military practically of all ranks.
