A sign in the form of a half-calf made of oak leaves. At the top is the state eagle under the Imperial Crown. In the lower part is a gilded cup of Hippocrates with two snakes entwined in a wreath. The sign is multi-level, typed.
Silver, gilt. Assay stamp "84, cocooned head, alpha". The name book "AB". Additional stamps - the badge of the certificate "head in a circle" on the nut and the badge. Screw mount. Size 67*50 mm. The badge is typesetting, subtle jewelry work.
