The badge is a white enamel rhombus. A four-pointed elongated cross with blue enamel is superimposed on the rhombus. A silver laurel wreath crowned with the Russian state emblem is superimposed on the upper corner of the rhombus.
Silver 84 samples, the name of the master "AN", enamel, gilding. Screw mount. The enamels are whole. After the February revolution of 1917, the imperial crown was cut off from the eagle. Size 61.6*31mm. Weight (without nut) 16.8 grams.
