In the Central medallion, instead of the image of Saint Anne of Arabia, the state emblem is a double-headed eagle. Manufacturer-Dmitry Ivanovich Osipov-hereditary St. Petersburg jeweler, owner of the workshop of orders and tokens, St. Petersburg, initials on the brand: DO. WWI time. Very rare award, no more than 300 awards.
Gilded bronze, hot enamel. The brand on the reverse of the lower beam is "K" and below "ДО" - Dmitry Osipov. Size 44*49 mm. The enamel on the reverse of the upper beam is "clouded". The connecting link is arbitrary, the tape is shortened.
