The white star from five beams enameled and framed with a green wreath from laurel and oak leaves, suspended on a red tape in the middle of the cross face, on a green background, is represented the gold head of the goddess of freedom Marianna - a symbol of France, and around on a blue rim the inscription is made gold letters: "REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE".
