Russian Empire. Darkly bronze medal "In Memory of the Russian-Turkish War 1877-1878" on an original tape in "native collecting". It is founded on April 17, 1878 by Alexander II's decree. According to the statute a dark and bronze medal awarded all participants of war who weren't taking part in military operations. 335424 dark and bronze medals were rapped out on a mint of St.-Petersburg.
