The badge is a gold Maltese cross covered with blue-blue vitreous enamel with white edging.A silver St. Andrew's star with the gold monogram of Emperor Peter the Great is superimposed on the middle of the cross. On the reverse of the lower beam is an engraving "1904 K.Gints", on the upper beam "1914".
