Germany. The third Reich. Qualification badge "Member of the Destroyer Crew" (Zerstörer - Kriegsabzeichen). It was established on June 4, 1940.This badge was originally awarded to members of the destroyer teams that participated in the operation near Narvik. In the future , the badge was awarded:- members of the destroyer teams who participated in three battles - members of the destroyer teams who participated in 12 naval operations - sailors who were wounded in combat or escaped from sunken ships. On the reverse is the brand of the manufacturer "JFS" - Josef Feix & Sohne, gablonz an der Nase. The date 20.4.44 and the name of the awardee - W. Muller are hand-scrawled.

Buntmetal (zinc) followed by chemical gilding. Size 54*46 mm. Weight 25.7 grams. Non-magnetic.
