№122202 Badge of the Technical school of the Artillery Department

The Russian Empire. Badge of graduates of the Technical School of the Artillery Department. It was established on February 25, 1917. The sign is an oxydated state coat of arms-the eagle of the time of Nicholas I, under the golden Imperial crown, resting on a golden rounded wreath of laurel and oak branches. On the wings of the eagle are superimposed gold numbers: 19-on the left and 13-on the right (1913-the year of foundation of the school). On the chest of the eagle is a shield of black enamel with a gold monogram of Nicholas II. In the center of the wreath is an oxidized gear wheel, inside which is a shield covered with red enamel with gold letters T. U. (Technical School). At the intersection of the branches, two crossed cannons are superimposed, and under them two lightning-like golden arrows. One of the guns is gold, and the other is oxidized. A silver oxidized projectile is placed vertically at the place where the cannons cross.

UNIQUE!!! Extremely rare.!!!

The technical artillery School aims to train technicians-masters and draftsmen for service in artillery institutions.
