The sign is an equilateral straight cross. In the center of the cross is a Golden double-headed eagle, on the chest of which are combined monograms of the Emperors Peter I and Nicholas II. The eagle is crowned with a Golden crown. On the lower beam of the cross dates "1711 19/11 1911." eagle and monogram overhead (three-tiered).
