Russian Empire. Badge of the Life-Guards Grenadier Regiment for the lowest ranks. It is approved on June 20, 1909. The sign has the form of a four-pointed cross with a rim. On cross beams the inscription "Viirtuti Militari". In the middle on the disk framed with a laurel wreath, the Polish single-headed eagle. Badge was made by E.K.Shubert in S-Petersburg.
