The badge compound of 4 details has the wreath form from oak and laurel leaves with the imposed gilded cross in which center a municipal coat of arms Pskov. On the top and lower beams of a monogram of Emperors Nicholas II and Alexander I. The sign is made at Eduard Kortman's factory.
