The sign represents a wreath of the oak and laurel branches topped with the Imperial crown with the falling blue tapes. The oxidized two-headed eagle is imposed on a wreath. Below monogram of Emperors Alexander I and Nicholas II, gilded Roman figure "C". The wreath is tied up by The White enamel Ribbon with dates 1811 "and "1911". Extremely rare sign - a unique person.
