The Russian Empire. I.R.P.O. firefighter's cockade.

It was established on June 8, 1901. The cockade is in the form of a wreath with a fire helmet and crossed axes, crowned with an Imperial crown. At the bottom is a ribbon with the inscription "IRPO" (Imperial Russian Fire Society) and the monogram "VA" - Grand Duke Vladimir Alexandrovich, chief of firefighters.
