Of the Soviet Union. A belt of ceremonial officer's equipment for carrying a dirk. (Form #1,2,3 depending on the fleet). Pass belts with lions ( suspension with lions).

There was a metallic one for the higher officers and a silk one for the middle and junior officers, as well as early ones with good lions and late ones with evil ones.
They don't occur often.
