The badge is the State Emblem of the Russian Empire (double-headed eagle), superimposed on a wreath consisting of laurel and oak branches, connected at the bottom by a ribbon. Under the emblem is an engineering emblem - two crossed silver axes.
Silver 84, the master’s name is illegible. Size 53.2 * 43.45mm. Weight 9.6g. Pin mount. The pin was soldered.
