Russian Empire. Medal "In Memory of War 1853-1856." Eastern War (Crimean war) , between Russian, France, Great Britain, Turkey and Italy. It was established on August 26, 1856. On the averse of the medal connected venzels of Emperors Nicholas I and Alexander II under the imperial crown. At the top "all-seeing eye" with outgoing rays. Downstairs under the wenzels are the dates "1853-1854-1855-1856." On the reverse the inscription "On that Lord rest, let us not be ashamed for ever."
