In the center - a target on which the crossed rifles and figure "8" are imposed. On both parties of a target - a monogram of Emperors Alexander I and Nicholas II. The target is topped with the Imperial crown. In the lower part of a board - a two-headed eagle. Under him - a tape with dates "1808", "100" and "1908".
