Russia, Emigration. The badge has been founded by the order No. 17 of June 8, 1929 of the chairman of ROVS, the general from an infanteriya A.P. Kutepov.

The miniature of the badge represents the cross reminding in a form of galipoliyskiya, covered with white enamel and with a black rim on all perimeter. In the center of a cross the image of a name of the grand duke Nikolay Nikolaevich in which year of death this badge has been founded. Fastening - a horizontal pin.
