The Russian Empire. A table medal from the reign of Empress Elizabeth Petrovna in memory of the adoption of the first Serbian Constitution of 1754. On the reverse there is a chest portrait of Elizabeth Petrovna E and B made by engravings of G. Wag. On the reverse there is a symbolic image of blessed Serbia, at the top there is an inscription "The First Serbian Constitution" and the date 1754.

Cast iron. The diameter is 63 mm. 113,1 gramm.
