Russian Empire. The breastplate "the 200 anniversary of the Moscow military hospital" for the lower ranks. The sign represents a gold wreath from laurel (at the left) and branches oak (on the right) under an imperial gold crown with tapes. In the middle both branches are twisted with two tapes. Below on a tape "1707 M.V.G. (Moscow Military Hospital) 1907". In the center — an interlacing of venzelevy names of emperors of "RR" (Pyotr the First and "N of II" (Nicholas II). He rushed on the left side of a breast.
Gilded bronze. Size 32,5*49mm. The nut and a clamping plate are lost.
