In the middle of the ribbon, the letters " B "and" A " (Grand Duke Vladimir Alexandrovich Honorary Chairman of the Imperial Russian Fire Society) are superimposed on each other. On the left of the ribbon are the letters "I. R." and on the right "P. O." (Imperial Russian Fire Society). In the middle are two crossed fire axes with a superimposed fire helmet. The badge was worn on the left side of the chest.
