The knife was worn by the leaders of the youth division of the fascist organization of blackshirts. It had a handle of black-painted wood, intertwined along the transverse grooves with brass wire. The handle device is made of gilded brass. The tip is interpreted in the form of an eagle's head, goes to the back covering the back of the handle. Sheath steel, solid, metal painted in black, decorated with a relief image of the party emblem.

The total length is 285 mm, the length of the blade is 163 mm.
