The Russian Empire. A sign about the end of the Marine Engineering School. Approved on May 12, 1918 by the Union of Mechanical Engineers of the Fleet on the basis of a resolution of the Administration of Educational Institutions of the Maritime Department.
The basis of the sign is a wreath of laurel and oak leaves, on which is superimposed the state eagle under the Imperial crown. On the tail of the eagle, the abbreviation "MIU". the bottom of the wreath is tied with a ribbon.
Very rare.
Silver. Typeset, multi-level. Workshop "EDUARD", namesake "VD", assay stamp "84, head in kokoshnik, alpha". Screw mount. On the nut is a birthday boy and an additional brand "head in the cocoanut". Size 58*45 mm.
