Of the Soviet Union. Marine officer's belt with a suspension under the dirk. UNIQUE black everyday equipment mod. 1951, for wearing a dirk of the USSR Navy Moire ribbon on velour lining, cast buckles (rarity), with a leather strap!!! . These were produced only 1 year, very rare.
