The Krnka rifle represented alteration of muzzle-loading rifles of samples of 1856 (shooting) and 1859 (infantry) years under a cartridge of the central ignition with Berdan's cap. Lock of "double" action. The shock and trigger mechanism is similar to the capsule lock of an infantry gun обр. 1845, except a trigger. A trigger with a notch on a needle and the shock part which is taken out to the left from an axis.
