The Russian Empire. Badge of graduates of the Technical School of the Artillery Department. It was established on February 25, 1917. The sign is an oxydated state coat of arms-the eagle of the time of Nicholas I, under the golden Imperial crown, resting on a golden rounded wreath of laurel and oak branches. On the wings of the eagle are superimposed gold numbers: 19-on the left and 13-on the right (1913-the year of foundation of the school). On the chest of the eagle is a shield of black enamel with a gold monogram of Nicholas II. In the center of the wreath is an oxidized gear wheel, inside which is a shield covered with red enamel with gold letters T. U. (Technical School).
